What to do if something isn't right with your order.
Made-to-measure pieces
Pieces made to your own measurements can't be returned for a change of mind. If something doesn't fit as it should, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll work out an alteration or remake with you.
Standard-size pieces and bags
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Return shipping and any import duties are not refundable.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll put it right.
